Terms for customers out side Sweden

We only do business with registered companies.

Prices:
Prices are valid ex works, packing inclusive.
Prices are valid for 30 days if not stated differently in a written quotation.
Quotations are generally in Euro. Prices in the online catalogue/pricelist are in SEK .
All prices are exclusive of value added tax, prescribed by law.
We reserve the right to adjust the prices according to increases in raw material or price increases notified by the manufactures, even during the validity of the quotation (on request proof of such will be send to the customer).

Delivery and Transports terms:
ex works, Gothenburg
We offer to organize the shipment but cannot take care of custom taxes, import taxes or other taxes related to the delivery of goods to a foreign country.
The delivery dates stated in our order confirmation are the shipment date out of Gothenburg.
Delivery time varies depending on the forwarder; we take no responsibility of delay and eventually additionally cost by delay, even if we have organized the shipment.
We accept no responsibility for damages during transport.
All transports are for the responsibility and risk of the buyer, who shall claim any transport damages occurred to the forwarder.

Payment terms:
All new customers must pay full amount in advance by ordering.
Only when conformation of the payment has been received the goods will be shipped.
Customers out side the European Union must always pay full amount in advance.
Customers in the European Union can upon agreement get different payment terms.
Late payment will entail a delay interest of 12% being charged from the due date.
We may request a bank rating from our credit insurance company, with out the customer’s permission.
By payment please always refer to our order number.
All bank transaction costs must be paid by the customer.

Warranty:
The warranty is generally valid during 6 months from the date of start of operation by the customer, but not exceeding 9 month from the date of delivery.
Other warranty conditions than those referred to above will be valid only if they have been agreed and confirmed in writing.
Warranty is not issued on parts, only on pre-assembled units, electrical and mechanical components.
Only upon written agreement and with a ‘Refrico Warranty Claim Number’, goods are to be returned.
Transportation costs will not be reimbursed.
We reserve the right not to issue a credit note if the manufacture by inspection of the goods claims wrong handling/installation (on request proof of such will be send to the customer).

Return of goods:
Only upon written agreement and with a ‘Refrico Return Number’, goods can be returned.
Transportation costs will not be reimbursed.
We do not take back products ordered on request.
